Q1: How to calculate the working times of my device? Why does the actual usage duration data is less than it supposed to? Working time = 296Wh* 0.9(Battery utilization with energy loss) / operating power wattage of your device. Like all other ordinary rechargeable lithium-ion power supply products, energy loss during operation of LIPOWER PA300 will always be normal.

Q2: How long will it power a CPAP? Usually for 1-4 nights with the full charged LIPOWER PA300, most CPAP machine feature a DC option to run on a power station. When your machine has one, you can connect it directly to a power station. For AC-only units, you may need a small DC inverter(not included) to make the running time longer when using with PA300 (the exact running time depends on the pressure setting that you are using and on the type of machine you have).

Q3: What solar panel is compatible for recharging LIPOWER PA300 power station? What type of input connection for the solar panel? LIPOWER PA300 solar charger input is 13V-30V/3A Max, any solar panel voltage between this range will work, we would recommend a 100W solar panel between voltage 13-30V for the most efficient and cost-effective choice. the DC input charging port on PA300 is 5.5mm, it will compatible with most of the solar panel on the market.

Q4: Why can't my 100W solar panel charge this unit? Some of the solar panel are used with solar charger controller, which controls the voltage at 12V, LIPOWER PA300 charging voltage range is between 13V-30V, try connecting your solar panel directly to PA300 without the 12V solar charger controller.

Q5: What is the reason for the automatic shutdown after connecting a portable refrigerator with DC output of PA300? Try to connect your portable refrigerator to the AC port of the PA300. The DC output is characterized by being disconnected after 1 minute of no DC load (power consumption). The compressor will stop working when the refrigerator reaches a certain temperature, thus automatic shutdown occurs.
